HEM equipment commissioning
Since the year 2022 we are official Service partner for Hydro Electric Marine equipment, part of the EVAC group. Several commissioning projects have been succesfully completed. RO watermakers, Fresh water treatment plants, UV handling kits, hydrophores, water softeners and PURO technical water makers is where we are dealing with.
Wärtsilä 9L20C2 camshaft repairs
Recently we have executed an camshaft repair on one Wärtsilä 9L20C2 . During an planned maintenance inspection we found camshaft rollers dammaged. The complete camshaft was dismantled and all cam rolleres were renewed. The camshaft pieces were dressed up and all parts installed back into the engine. No delays in operations and our flexibility in adjusting to the vessels schedule, we were able to execute this job in satisfaction of the client in acceptable time
